Built for brands that need more than alerts

Finding a suspicious URL is only the beginning.

The hard part is deciding what matters, preserving the evidence, understanding whether a seller is authorized, and taking the right action. Bretem turns scattered online signals into clear, reviewable cases.

  • Multi-channel visibility
  • Human-reviewed validation
  • Managed enforcement workflow

Protect

Turn online brand abuse into cases you can actually act on.

Bretem is designed to surface the risks that matter most to e-commerce brands without treating every suspicious result as a confirmed violation.

Counterfeit & suspicious listings

Surface listings and seller activity that may indicate counterfeit, misleading or unauthorized use of your brand.

Fake stores & cloned websites

Identify sites that copy your brand identity, catalog or storefront experience in ways that may mislead customers.

Impersonation & lookalike domains

Track accounts and domains that could make customers believe they are dealing with your brand.

Unauthorized & gray-market sellers

Map sellers that require authorization review and separate legitimate distribution from genuine risk.

Social impersonation

Find suspicious profiles, storefronts and social-commerce activity using your brand identity.

Search, shopping & ad abuse

Surface suspicious brand use across search, shopping and advertising where those channels are included in scope.

Coverage

Focus on the channels that matter to your brand.

Every Bretem program is scoped around your brand, markets and risk profile. Monitoring can combine the channels that matter most to your business.

  • Marketplaces
  • Websites & domains
  • Social media
  • Search & shopping
  • Ads
  • Cross-border commerce

Coverage depth depends on the agreed scope and platform access. A missing result is never treated as proof that a channel is clean.

FAQ

What does Bretem protect against?

Bretem is designed for e-commerce brand-abuse risks such as suspicious or counterfeit listings, fake or cloned stores, impersonation, lookalike domains, unauthorized-seller risk, social impersonation and suspicious brand use across search, shopping and advertising when those channels are in scope.

How does Bretem work?

We define the brands, markets and channels in scope, detect suspicious activity, review the context, preserve the evidence and turn meaningful findings into cases. Confirmed cases can then move into a managed enforcement process with client authorization.

Does Bretem automatically classify every suspicious listing as counterfeit?

No. A suspicious signal is not the same thing as a confirmed violation. Bretem keeps uncertain findings in review until there is enough context and evidence to make the next decision.

Do you handle takedowns and enforcement?

Yes, within the agreed program scope. Bretem can prepare and manage the appropriate enforcement path for validated cases, but no enforcement action is submitted without the required review and client authorization.

Which channels can Bretem monitor?

Coverage is configured around the brand and program scope. This can include marketplaces, websites and domains, social media, search and shopping, advertising and cross-border commerce. Depth can vary by platform and access.

Can Bretem monitor unauthorized or gray-market sellers?

Yes. Bretem can surface sellers that require authorization review and help organize the evidence around them. Authorization status is not guessed: when it is unknown, it stays unknown until the client or reliable evidence resolves it.

What happens if a seller, domain or page is legitimate?

It is marked as authorized or otherwise resolved so the case is not treated as an infringement. Legitimate findings should improve future review quality, not be forced into enforcement.

How is Bretem priced?

Pricing is based on the agreed protection scope, including the brands, channels, markets and level of managed enforcement required. Scope and pricing are defined before monitoring begins.

Do I need an internal brand-protection team?

No. Bretem is designed as a managed workflow, so a growing e-commerce brand does not need to build a dedicated monitoring and enforcement operation before it can start protecting itself.

Do you guarantee removal?

No. Removal outcomes depend on the evidence, platform policies, jurisdiction and third-party decisions. Bretem manages the process, but does not promise outcomes it cannot control.

How do we get started?

We start by defining your official domains, accounts, brands, authorized sellers where known, priority markets and the channels that matter most. From there, the initial monitoring and review scope is set.

Start with a focused review of the channels that matter most. We’ll show you the suspicious cases worth validating and explain what the next step would be.
